Feeling results in the first 2 weeks. Would benefit from more detail on proper use in regards to proper fitting (how tight) and how to use it on the abdomen and why. You sent it quickly, answered my request for an invoice in a prompt and friendly way and provided very full and clear assembly instructions. My wife found it fairly quick and easy to put together. The addition of the red foam is definitely a big help. The device works perfectly (as far as I can judge!) One suggestion is to make it clear on the website that the helmet requires bending into shape. I wonder if some people with PD may find it difficult to do this themselves and would prefer to be fully informed before purchasing the Coronet.

Well constructed and thought out. Still in the early days of use, but already noticing a chance of the good both for feet Neuropathy and aches and pains. We’ll be ordering another unit so both my wife and I each have a Pad. She has had 6 back surgeries, the last being 3 years ago, which was the miracle surgery. But, the damage to veiny things in her back and legs hopefully can mitigated by the use of the TheraPad. We are experimenting, but still too early to expect any results.

The Coronet arrived in perfect condition and shipping and everything looks good, except when I put it on, does it consistently do you half the time in red and half the time in near red. i’m hoping it will just stop doing that and work as planned. It would be an enormous inconvenience for me to have to ship it back.

To provide context to my rating, bear in mind that this is a "work-in-progress" and I would welcome providing another review in three months. Speaking only for myself, I experienced difficulty with connecting the CoroNase to the Duo Coronet. When I encountered resistance and mindful of Catherine's instructions to push gently, I was unable to insert the connector all the way. It was only after pulling it out and reinserting the connector that I was successful. Catherine provides lucid instructions. PAY ATTENTION TO THEM!

So far so good. Dr. Hamilton's responses in the beginning were very helpful. The product made it here in a week. The instruction video to assemble it, was quite clear, and this does seem to be helping our Parkinson's patient with anxiety - our main focus. Delivery to the US from Australia was fast, about a week! Watching the instructions on YouTube helped us put it together, and it went together without a problem. It is light-weight and comfortable to wear. I worried about the lights being irritating to look at or too hot, but neither is a problem. I've only used it for a week, so I'm not sure if having more energy is a placebo, but I'm really excited to keep using this for my Parkinson's!

I've been using Well Red's light helmet for about 4 years now for symptoms associated with Parkinson's Disease in the hope that it has helped (There's no way of knowing how I'd be if I hadn't used it. The diagnosis of PD has been overturned by a neurologist to a diagnosis of MSA which is untreatable by conventional medicine. That, plus the increasing focus on the importance of the gut biome led me to the purchase of a TheraPad. The device looks well made. The only negative I have observed is the 'ALL' option associated with the On/Off button is poorly named as it actually leads to continuous emission. Well Red have always been helpful when I have asked questions.

My mum, dad and I use the Duo regularly and it is amazing! Dad has Parkinson's and the symptoms have lessened. Mum hurt her back and she was walking without pain within days and it gives me a wonderful feeling of joy. We're all happier and healthier because of this device. Thank you.

It’s only been a little over a week and I can already feel improvement. I’ve been using on my knees. I have arthritis is both due to past surgeries (ACL repair in one and meniscal tear repair in other), Lupus with joint involvement and being over weight. I’ve lost weight but still the damage has been done. I was in a difficult place where too much activity made knee pain and stiffness worse to a point that my physical endurance was decreasing. After a few days of using the Therapad my pain was improved enough that I’ve started talking walks again. So far, despite increased activity my pain continues to improve. I hope and pray this trend continues!

Not happy as product due for delivery on 16/5/24 and delayed and supposed to be 17/5/24. I notice Well Red had my address as 2 Retreat Drive, Buderim Qld 4556. I always put my address as Unit 99/2 Retreat Drive, Buderim Qld 4556 as it is a Retirement Village and you have to put your Unit number, which I did. Product has not yet been received so I am very upset.

Appreciable pain relief after the second application on day 1. A drug-free and quick way to deal with chronic pain that does not impact in any way. Having watched the instructions video it was easy to assemble. The power supply arrangements I used were complicated so it took a couple of days to get that sorted but that was my issue not a problem with the device. I have been using it for nearly two weeks now. I think my tremor is less.

great adjunct to the Coronet, the attachment to have it hold in place in the nose is not always holding but I don't have a suggestion to make it hold better. It is tricky to have something hold there. Overall, it is a great product

The CoroNase barely fits into my small nose and requires the end of a pen cap, or something small and cylindrical, to separate the pinchers to insert the CoroNase up into the nostrils. A little bit inconvenient, but manageable. The CoroNase fits well and stays in place once inserted.

Assembling the Duo Coronet was easy, but I needed to read the instructions and watch their accompanying videos several times to make sure of not making a mistake. There was a minor discrepancy between the written and visual instructions on whether the slots of the aluminum frame should be on the outside or inside. Though I received clarification by email after the fact, it was obvious when I started assembling that the slots must be on the outside due to the pre-installed pads on the inside. The video instructions ought to be updated.

Shipping to Oregon very fast and well tracked. Video for assembly of helmet very thorough , slow enough to allow careful assembly and modifications. Helmet comfortable and not hot to head. We have used another helmet for 2 years. This one appears much stronger. My wife is 9 years into Alzheimer's and I am into 7 months hormone therapy for Prostate Cancer. Almost immediately I noticed an almost complete reduction in hot flashes, which is great. Please note for post menopausal women. Changes in my wife may take longer to observe. She is not less energetic or helpful. Thank you!

I am pleased with the Coronase, delivery was quick with no issues. The instructions were easy to follow and it attaches to the Coronet easily. I have only been using the Coronase for a week therefore it is too soon to say whether I am noticing any benefits. Love our red hat and nasal attachment. Still early days but feeling very well. Felt like a detox to start with. Have noticed whites of eyes super white and head space clearer. No Parkinson’s but using this for cognitive maintenance. Look forward to using it each day. Find it very relaxing.
